Why is everything being shaken?

In Hebrews 12:26-28 we read that we have received a kingdom that cannot be shaken. Also, that everything that can be shaken will being shaken.  What an ominous passage of scripture, and yet one that gives great insight into the day that we live in. When kingdoms clash, there is a shaking.  Sometimes it is a violent shaking.  It is like the tectonic plates of the earth that begin to move, producing earthquakes of great proportion.

Hebrews says that in the midst of this that we have need of grace.  Why grace?  For what purpose?  And how is this grace obtained?

Shaking creates a re-alignment in our hearts, as that which is temporal is displaced by the eternal.   And as we live out of the eternal kingdom of God, this has the power to redefine our temporal lives, in line with eternity.

Amazingly, with the shaking of man-made systems and earthly kingdoms, we come to experientially understand the fire of the love of the Father even more deeply.

May this video awaken understanding in the days we live in, and how you are personally being transformed in the midst of the times we live in.

Scripture Reference: “Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.

Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire.”   Hebrews 12:26-28
